Something they have been saying for as long as I can remember.
You’re the sum total of 5 people you’re closest to.
And I agree.
There is just no denying that without having relationships with influencers, leaders, and visionaries, it’s pretty darn hard to get where you want to.
You need them to inspire you, motivate you, show you the way – we’ve done it, you can too kind of thing!
But does that mean just by looking up to them, you’ll automatically start being successful?
Hit up a few Tony Robbin event, meet Russell Brunson and 4500+ entrepreneurs at Funnel Hacker Live, shake hands with Grant Cardone at 10X Conference.
And all is gold? Yeah?
Nope. Not in the least bit!
You’re simply meeting other people who are there to sell THEIR services/products. You’re not meeting YOUR ideal clients there.
Sometimes, yes! But it’s not a surefire way to get in front of your ideal clients.
Because most of the time, you just walk away with tips, tricks, strategies, and new ways of doing things – BUT NOT BUYERS.
And while it is necessary to have a strong network of people who’ll support, inspire and guide you, at the end of the day having people who’ll buy from you will matter more in the long run!
YOU NEED A TRIBE TO LEAD.
Now, if you’re wondering how to get started on creating a tribe a.k.a. fans/followers/leads, here are three ways to get you started:
#1 EMAIL LIST:
An email list is the holy grail of online business. Although it can be a bit hard to build an email list when you’re just starting out, but in the long run it is proven to be a super important part of any successful business.
You can start off by using a Lead Magnet to grab emails, now this freebie will not only attract the right people but help you get recognized and noticed for what you do.
You can NEVER go wrong with building an email list, it’s a surefire way of strengthening and engaging with your tribe.
#2 FACEBOOK GROUP:
One of the most effective and FREE ways to bring your tribe together is Facebook Groups. You can directly interact with them, fine tune your offers based on what they need and be a true leader to them.
Tie your Facebook Group into your email list so anyone signing up for your lead magnet is lead to the group.
#3 SOCIAL MEDIA FOLLOWING:
You can’t expect to find all of your tribe on a single social media platform.
Everyone has their own preference and assuring that your business is present on all relevant social media platforms helps you with your overall brand image, visibility and reach.
Being omnipresent helps connect with people who are reluctant to take the next step, as seeing you again and again will urge them to take the needed action.
With these three methods, you’ll be able to build a tribe of supporters that will not only buy from you but turn into your raving fans and help you increase your following.
