I like to think that we have full control over how we feel about anything that happens in our life based on our thoughts. However, showing up and trying to go all out when you don’t feel 110%… that’s where the real work is. How do you choose to feel good when you really don’t?
This is something I’ve had to work on lately after taking some time out of my business. I’ll be really honest with you right now. I’m lacking energy, I haven’t been getting enough sleep, I have weight I need to lose, and no matter how much wheatgrass I consume, I’m not magically feeling better yet. But like any adversity, there is some good that’s come from all of this.
